The competition is a round robin event between the 5 regional league winners and the winner of a playoff between the current 10th placed sides in the North and South Divisions (that's Formby and Robinson's)

The first two games are a home and away over the weekends of April 20th 27th. The remaining games are played at Cannock for the Men UWE Bristol for the Women from Saturday May 3rd to Monday May 5th.

Two teams will go into the leagues

Sunday April 2oth v Fareham at home
Sunday April 27th v Formby or Robinsons away
Sat May 3rd University of Durham
Sun May 4th Harbourne
Mon may 5th Cardiff & UWIC

Holcombe Ladies have to play

20th April v Southgate Home
27th April v Sheffield Hallam or Horsham Away
3rd May Springfields UCLAN
4th May Matlock Baileans
5th May Lansdowne
